This is fascinating. When the Airflow concept first debuted I thought it was pretty dull considering how much was riding on it as the first pure EV from the American side of Stellantis. But I have to admit that the maturity of the design has really grown on me. Yes, it probably looks too much like a Macan from some angles, but it's quite lovely and not gimmicky.
But now we learn we'll soon see "a new look for the Chrysler Airflow Concept," which offers "a sneak peek at a potential design path" for Chrysler's EVs? Meaning whatever Chrysler shows at New York in a couple days may not reach production, and neither will the earlier iteration? Or maybe one will, but who knows?
I'm intrigued, but not exactly brimming with confidence that Chrysler/Stellantis really knows what its doing at this point.
